Insurance
Carolinas Oral & Facial Surgery Center makes every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care, as well as the most convenient financial options. If you have insurance, we will be happy to assist you in dealing with your insurance provider and work with you to maximize your reimbursement for covered procedures. Please be sure to bring all of your insurance cards (medical and dental) with you to your first appointment as we will need to verify coverage before your treatment begins.
Please remember that your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for your payment of all fees incurred at our office if your insurance does not cover your treatment costs. It is important to remember that insurance estimates of payment at the time of service are ESTIMATES only.
All financial arrangements must be completed prior to the actual procedure. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard, and we can provide no-interest or low-interest loans through commercial lenders. If you have any questions or concerns about payment options, please contact our friendly and knowledgeable business office staff. You can reach them directly at 910-341-5190.
This Patient Center section of the website is meant to answer your questions, allow you to schedule an appointment, and provide valuable information about financial issues, insurance, privacy policies, etc.
