Scheduling

Carolinas Oral & Facial Surgery Center is open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

To Schedule an Appointment, Please Call:

Referral From Your Dentist

We expect to be able to contact every referred patient within one week of the referral date in order to schedule your appointment. If you have not heard from us after 5 business days, please check in with either our office or your dentist’s office.

Information Required for Scheduling

When we speak with you to schedule your appointment, we will ask you for some information about yourself. Please have the following information handy:

  • your referral from your dentist
  • your insurance info
  • a list of your medications/chronic illness information

By gathering this information prior to your visit, we are able to limit the time that you need to spend in the office filling out forms. A Patient Form can be downloaded here.

Prior to your first visit, please register online at our website, carolina-surgery.com. Registering online shortens your wait time prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are not able to register online, you will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment for paperwork.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait; however, because Carolinas Oral & Facial Surgery Center provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergencies may also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

“These guys are amazing. I despise going to the dentist (previous bad experience elsewhere). They calmed my fears and assured me I would not hurt. I did not hurt. I’m amazed. They were very thorough in giving directions for what to do at home. Made me very comfortable. If you ever need any oral surgery you won’t go wrong with these guys. Thanks again for taking good care of me today!” – Lisa L.
